I have a question for experts in this forums.

What are the things/points that we should keep in mind when we decide to buy a 2nd hand Bike or car?

I am not expert in Bikes or cars, but I'm interested to know about this, because some days ago a friend of mine bought a second hand car and he is now very worried about the condition of the car, the engine drops oil whenever he check in the morning, he can see the oil drops on the floor below the engine.

Kindly let me know if you can guide me in this issue.
