Scottoiler an der RX: Wohin monieren?
Wer von Euch hat schonmal einen Scottoiler an die 1000RX montiert? Welche Tips und Erfahrungen kannst Du mir dazu geben?
Ich fänds ja nicht schlecht, das Reservoir unter die hintere Sitzbankhälfte zu packen, weil man dann ohne Werkzeug zum Nachstellen drankommt. Bin mir aber unsicher ob dabei die Wege für die Schläuche zu lang werden?
Die Schotten selbst haben mir folgendes geschrieben und als Anhang geschickt:
"It should be possible to install our vSystem to your GPZ but as it is 24 years old, we don’t have any photos. We know that the front of the carburettors have brass nipples with rubber caps that you can remove and push on the vacuum damper from the kit (see photo).
Because the swing arm has eccentric cam chain adjusters, you will need our “Chain guard adapter. The only thing we don’t know is how much space there is for the reservoir."
